What if the move takes longer than I booked?
Easy — we just keep going at $75 per mover per hour. No re-booking, no surprise fees. You only pay for the time we actually work.
What if my move is shorter than 2 hours?
The 2-hour minimum still applies. Most moves take longer than people think, and we want our crew compensated for showing up. If you finish faster, you've still got us on-site for the full window.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured in Florida. We can send you proof of insurance and our license number on request.
What if you damage something?
We're insured for it, and our crews are trained to wrap furniture before moving it. In hundreds of moves, claims are rare and we resolve them directly with the customer.
Do you bring tools and supplies?
Yes — dollies, blankets, straps, and basic tools to disassemble and reassemble standard furniture. All free, included in the hourly rate.
Do you do packing and unpacking?
Yes — we can pack a whole house, just the kitchen, or just the fragile stuff. Same $75 per mover, per hour. We bring boxes, packing paper, and tape on request (small materials fee for supplies).
Do you do long-distance moves?
Yes — anywhere in Florida and out of state. Same hourly rate for the crew, plus a flat truck fee based on distance. We send a transparent custom quote up front.
Can you move my storage unit?
Absolutely. Moving in or out of a storage unit is one of the most common jobs we do. Climate-controlled, ground-level, or stairs-up — same hourly rate.
How do I pay?
A small deposit holds your slot when you book. The balance is paid after the job by card, Cash App, or Zelle. No payment up front for the full amount.
